Acetone Recycling and Recovery with an OES Solvent Recovery System

Onsite recovery of your acetone waste is one of the quickest ways to improve your ecological impact as well as lower your expenses on new solvent and waste hauler charges. By utilizing one of our batch distillation units, you can easilly remove your acetone from paint, inks, and oils allowing you to reuse it in your operations over and over again.

How it works:

  1. Pour waste acetone into the Teflon coated Aisi 304 stainless steel tank.
  2. The recycler starts heating up the acetone and brings it to a boil.
  3. The polluting substances, such as resin, zincs, silicones, inks, etc are separated from the acetone and remain in the tank.
  4. Recycled acetone (clean solvent) passes through our air cooled condenser and flows down into your collecting tank.
  5. The residuals, remaining inside the tank, are easily removed by taking out the special high-heat resistant distillation bags, which keep the tank clean ensuring operational efficiency.
